Elevator Reaffirms Commitment to Pathways Pledge

Elevator is proud to announce our continued commitment to Pathways Forward’s Pledge initiative as it reaches the milestone of over 100 active pledges being established.

Pathways Forward is a not-for-profit set up by entrepreneur and investor Ana Stewart to transform participation rates for women in entrepreneurship. The Pledge encourages organisations to implement their own actions that drive equal opportunity for women in business and entrepreneurship.

Elevator’s activities for this year’s Pledge will focus on continuing our Thrive & Shine video series (check it out here), which aims to showcase female entrepreneur’s stories; the highs, the challenges and the realities, which supports our belief if you can see it, you can be it.

We’ll also be holding a full-day event with speakers, mini workshops and more for females who didn’t secure a place on the recent Bold Beginnings Programme. This underlines our ‘no-one left behind’ ethos to ensure everyone feels encouraged and supported, regardless of the stage their business journey may be at.

Rachel commented: “We’re delighted to be continuing our commitment to the Pathways Pledge as we proudly celebrate being part of the latest cohort.

“Our aims remain: to tell the stories of female entrepreneurs, and to ensure that anyone with the dedication and desire to launch or grow their business feels supported and championed, whatever stage they’re at.

“We’re excited to be part of the collective impact of everyone involved in this new cohort, and look forward to continued collaboration to drive equal opportunity for women in entrepreneurship and business.”
