In 2021 we joined forces with leadership consultancy, Peoplematters who have been providing leadership and team development support across Scotland for over 20 years.
With the support of the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), Peoplematters currently deliver two Leadership programmes on behalf of Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE):
- The Strategic Leaders Programme - aimed at Directors and Senior Leaders of medium, small and micro-organisations who are ambitious for themselves and their business.
- The Emerging Leadership Programme - aimed at new and aspiring leaders in medium, small and micro-organisations who are responsible for leading and inspiring others.
