The Women in Business programme is a fully-funded, 5-week programme designed to equip Edinburgh business owners with the tools and confidence to grow your business.
You will learn how to:
- Develop a clear vision and strategy for business growth
- Identify and overcome the common challenges and barriers faced by women entrepreneurs
- Build a strong network of peers and supporters who can help you along the way
The Women in Business Programme is delivered by Elevator on behalf of Business Gateway Edinburgh & Lothians and The City of Edinburgh Council.
This programme is designed for Women in Business who have:
- An existing business based in Edinburgh City
- The ambition to grow your business/organisation to the next level - whatever that might look like
- A desire to overcome common challenges and barriers
- The commitment to invest time in yourself and your business, to learn, grow and build supportive connections along the way
Throughout the duration of this programme, we will provide you with practical, accessible tools and techniques to fast-track your business growth, build your local network and provide peer support from other women in business.
We will also provide you with:
- Industry leading training
- Inspiring sessions
- Access to expert advice
- A safe, supportive collaborative environment
- The confidence to achieve your goals
The programme will consist of 5 sessions, a day per week and will take place at Edinburgh College, Sighthill Campus. Each session will run from 10am – 2.30pm on the following dates:
- Thursday 30th January – General team building and personal values
- Thursday 6th February - Confidence and dealing with imposter syndrome
- Thursday 20th February – Purpose and vision
- Thursday 27th February – One page plan and time management
- Thursday 16th March – Mastermind session / founders’ request session
