Elevator is thrilled to be delivering Shell’s flagship growth impact programme, Shell LiveWire. The programme launched in Scotland in 1982 before expanding across the globe to operate in 20 countries to strengthen local economies through entrepreneurship, innovation, and meaningful employment.
Elevator is now looking for applicants for the launch of an exciting new chapter in Shell LiveWire’s story where participating businesses will be given the tools, coaching and knowledge to transform their growth impact. We’re experts at empowering entrepreneurs and believe the most lucrative investment you can make is in yourself – after all, your business can’t grow if you don’t.
We also understand the challenges business owners face when commitment and passion alone aren’t enough. Every entrepreneur’s momentum stalls – that’s when you need support to shift gear, challenge your perceptions and embrace your ultimate potential.
Shell LiveWIRE encourages participants to venture beyond their comfort zone, gaining the confidence required to shift gear, challenge perceptions and embrace their business’s ultimate potential.
Successful applicants will benefit from a bespoke package of coaching, mentoring, masterclasses and residential trips to expand and challenge their thinking, and help you embrace the growth mindset required to transform your business.
The cohort will work with Elevator’s experienced and knowledgeable Programme Managers, who will offer dedicated one-to-one support, facilitate group and individual sessions and arrange mentoring and coaching from a network of experts.
Participants should be key decision makers, founders, co-founders, directors and c-suite executives with a business obstacle to overcome.
