Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:

• This competition is open to businesses registered in Angus, with 5 to 249 employees.
• Participants must successfully complete both the initial registration survey and the follow-up surveys to qualify for the £70 Amazon voucher and entry into the prize draw.
• Only one entry per business is allowed.

Programme Participation:

• Due to the nature of the research, not all businesses who sign up will receive HR consultancy, as selection is done randomly. However, all businesses that complete both surveys will receive the £70 Amazon voucher and be entered into the prize draw.
• Participation places are limited - and restricted to the first 100.

Amazon Voucher:

• Participants will receive a £70 Amazon voucher upon completing both the registration and follow-up surveys.

Prize Draw:

• All businesses completing both surveys will be entered into a prize draw to win £10,000 for their business.
• The selection process for the prize draw will be conducted by Behavioural Insights Team (BIT), using a fair method to randomly choose the winner.
• The exact date of the draw will be determined based on when all necessary responses are received from participants.

Prize Payment:

• Further details about the payment method will be shared with the winner once confirmed by Behavioural Insights Team (BIT).

General Terms:

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• Behavioural Insights Team (BIT) reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time if circumstances arise outside of their control.
