Praveen Kumar is a Perth-based celebrity chef behind Tabla Indian Restaurant and Indian Cook School who launched his own Indian Cuisine ready meal range, Praveen Kumar Authentic.
In 2019, he expanded into two new premises and is creating up to 50 new jobs in Perth.
In order to accelerate the expansion of the business, owner and head chef Praveen Kumar turned to Business Gateway Tayside for fundamental support. This included a strategic business plan review, advice on funding and access to intellectual property and marketing specialists.
