Chloe Oswald, Chocolatia

Chloe has worked with a dedicated Business Gateway Tayside adviser through our Business Boost service and now through our Growth Advisory Service, where she is currently working on financial planning and looking at apprenticeship/placement opportunities to assist with her business growth. Chloe is also in the process of taking on her first business premises in Forfar with space to manufacture larger quantities, as the business has outgrown her home kitchen. 

Through recommendation by her Business Gateway adviser, Chloe applied and was successful in receiving a grant from the Elevator Foundation, which she intends to use for improving her packaging and making upgrades to her website. She also gained top tips from our guest panel that will be invaluable to her on her business journey.

Proving her drive and determination, Chloe also took part in our 3-day Elevator Challenge Weekend, where she faced physical, mental, and creative challenges that were designed to push our entrepreneurs beyond their limits – inspiring them to go the extra mile and achieve things they never thought were possible.

Chocolatia’s success continues as the business has recently picked up 7 Great Taste Awards; three 3-Star Awards, a 2-Star Award, and three 1-Star Awards.
