VFM Ltd have ran their business from Newmachar Business Centre for the past 6 years.
Garry Nicol and Graeme Adie have over 40 years experience between them in company vehicle sales. Garry mainly in car and light commercial vehicles and Graeme mainly in trucks and light commercial vehicles.
SETS Ltd were founded in 2011 by Managing Director Chris Tierney and have been based in the Newmachar Business Centre since then. We have seen them grow and become one of the oil and gas industry’s leading subsea project management and engineering companies.
Assured Occupational Health opened its doors in Newmachar Business Centre in 2015 and offer a wide range of industry medicals including offshore, diving, driving, 
preplacement, drug and alcohol screening and sickness absence management. The company is headed up by Doctor Astrid Bendomir who has worked in occupational health since 2005.
Our Team
My name is Jacqui Dickie, I’ve worked at Newmachar Business Centre for the past 6 years and have enjoyed every minute. No two days are ever the same and I can honestly say that we have been blessed with great tenants over the years.
I enjoy socialising with friends and family in my spare time and like nothing better than a wee walk and a blether round the village. There are so many different routes to take and one of mine is to walk along the old railway line which takes you into Dyce.
Quite a few of our tenants also enjoy a stroll or a run in their lunch-hour or a visit to The AXIS community centre which is close by.
What makes Newmachar great
Newmachar is a great place to live. It’s certainly changed and grown over the years and has plenty to offer.
The business centre is based within the Kingseat Business Park along with Morrison Construction’s head office, the Kingseat Dental Practice and Flowerpots Nursery.
The village has various shops which include (hairdressers & beauticians, baker, chip-shop, pharmacy and an antique store) two pubs, a primary school as well as a newly built Community Centre which are all situated in the heart of the village.
A few of our tenants also visit the local Newmachar Golf Club which is noted for being the official golf course of Paul Lawrie at the time he won the 1999 British Open.
Newmachar has quite a few football teams whose home ground is Charlie Gordon’s Park and is also home to Newmachar United F.C., who are affiliated with the Scottish Junior Football Association.
If you fancy dining out Beekies Neuk and The Newmachar Hotel are both great venues and offer great choices and superb service.
