Enterprise North East Trust (Enterprise) today (DATE) announces that the occupancy rates for business centres in Aberdeen, Stonehaven, Thainstone (Inverurie), Oldmeldrum, Westhill are 100%. The occupancy levels in the Enterprise Business Centre in Aberdeen have risen from 86% in 2010 to 100% for 2011, whilst Stonehaven, has sustained its 100% occupancy levels since November 2009. Fraserburgh Business Centre, which reached an all time high of 70% occupancy last year, is nearing full capacity with its remaining two offices for lease, recently reserved by interested tenants. Across the portfolio, Portlethen, Turriff and the Crichiebank Business Centre in Inverurie only have one or two offices available for lease and Peterhead has only two of its six offices available, as four have also been recently reserved by prospective tenants. Enterprise also manages centres in Tayside and has reported 100% occupancy of its Brechin based centre. Space is vacant at the purpose-built Newmachar Business Centre, with three offices on the ground floor and three on the first floor, available on flexible lease terms.
