The ‘jewel in Elevator’s property crown’, @balmoralHUB was designed to promote an innovative and collaborative business culture.
A mutual effort between Balmoral Group and Elevator, the purpose-built building opened its doors in August 2017 to close a gap in Aberdeen’s commercial property market.
Boasting state-of-the-art facilities including high-speed fibre connectivity, energy efficient lighting, heating and air conditioning – the open plan office, which spans three floors and two wings, initially provided space for 25 businesses.
Fast-forward two years and @balmoralHUB expanded its footprint by 6000sqft, due to increased demand for its cutting-edge offering. The additional second floor offered executive office space and meeting rooms for a further 15 businesses.

Since 2017 we expanded at an exponential rate, thus proving the commercial market reacted well to this relatively unique offering.”
