As far as I am aware Crichiebank Business Centre, before it was turned into office space, was the Tait Family house. The Taits owned the paper mill which was once situated next to Crichiebank Business Centre.

What is special about Crichiebank Business Centre?
The great thing about Crichiebank is where it is situated... the grounds are beautiful with regular sightings of deer, rabbits, a fox (who we call Jamie) and rare red squirrels.
We are on a handy bus route and a 20 minute walk from the train station. We offer ample parking and a very relaxed atmosphere throughout the centre.
Tenants here like the fact they can go out for a nice walk when they want and it is peaceful and relaxing. They have a far better work/life balance as they pop out to the local gym, go to the golf range, spend less time travelling. Even the ones from Aberdeen say they are spending less time in the car!
