Elevator has launched co-working spaces in the heart of Aberdeen city centre, Aberdeen south and in rural Aberdeenshire (Inverurie - Crichiebank).
These co-working space are to accommodate start-up businesses, freelancers, and contractors who want something more professional and productive than the likes of a home office but who don’t yet need their own serviced or permanent office.
Aberdeen City: The co-working space is based within our Admiral Court Elevator Business Centre which is next to Union Square, a 5-minute walk from Union Street and has excellent transport links along with ample dining and shopping opportunities.
Aberdeen (South): The co-working space is based within our newest Business Centre @balmoralHUB which is situated at Balmoral Business Park on the south side of Aberdeen. This site is easily accessible for those travelling from the south, the city centre, Westhill, Dyce, Bridge of Don and beyond.
Aberdeenshire (Inverurie): The co-working space is based within our Crichiebank Business Centre situated in a pleasant, rural location just off the A96 beside Inverurie. The space is only 10 minutes from Aberdeen Airport and 20 minutes from Aberdeen City Centre.
This presents an opportunity to work in a professional location and build a network of contacts with other co-workers in the space.
Elevator is a social enterprise looking to support local business owners so we provide a first month free with no commitment or pressure to stay on this. If you are not sure if co-working is for you, or what type of office space you would like, then a free month gives you the opportunity to 'try before you buy'. There will be £0 charge in the first month, £150 + VAT per month thereafter for Aberdeen (Admiral Court) and £100 + VAT per month for Inverurie (Crichiebank).
What is included:
Co-workers are provided with a desk, storage pedestal and wi-fi access.
The co-working space is available during manned reception hours (8am-8pm Monday to Friday).
If this is not for you, we also offer more traditional and flexible office lets within the Business Centre whereby we offer private space for 24/7 use by tenants.
