This month we continue our series: ‘Property of the Month’ - focusing on one of our 19 Business Centres across Scotland; looking at the wonderful team that run the Business Centre and the Tenants who operate their successful businesses from our premises.

Today we drop in to chat to Linda Hepburn, Business Centre Coordinator at Elevator’s Business Centre in Fraserburgh

Linda has been delighted to tell us all about Fraserburgh, the Business Centre, and of course the fantastic tenants that reside there.

Our Team

fraserburgh receptionistMy name is Linda Hepburn and I am the Receptionist here at Fraserburgh Business Centre.  I have worked here very nearly 2 years and have thoroughly enjoyed my position. The Tenants here are lovely and are all a pleasure to work with. I love walking in my spare time and often walk the circuit of the town with friends – the beach/harbour/golf course area being a favourite route.

Robbie handymanRobbie West is our Handyman and covers work over 7 of Elevator's Business Centres.  He never stops! He is a keen golfer with an impressive handicap. His talents include DJ’ing and is often required at weekend functions. Now that spring has sprung…. Robbie will be even busier with the outdoor jobs for all his centres.

What makes Fraserburgh great

IMG 3641Fraserburgh is one of the North East Scotland Fishing Towns that is approx. 40 miles from Aberdeen.

The Business Centre is located right in the heart of the harbour area where you can easily walk and see the Fishing Boats landing their catch.  The highest volume of Scottish Languistine (Shellfish) is landed here throughout the UK. Fraserburgh is also a major White Fish Landing port along with Peterhead. The Town is home to Kinnaird Head Lighthouse and has a Lighthouse Museum and a Heritage Centre.

Broch BeachThe Town has a Traditional Scottish Golf Links, which is the 7th oldest club in the world!

We also have a beautiful Sandy Beach.   Often you will see the surfers’ displaying their skills when waves are high!  All that is walking distance from the Business Centre.  We also have some Offices available that boast that Beach view!

Our Elevator Business Centre is located minutes from the Town Centre of Fraserburgh where there are various Shops, Banks, Hairdresser’s, Café’s and ‘Traditional Fish and Chip Shops’.  We also have Tesco, Asda and Lidl here. A new State of the Art Community Swimming Pool and Sports Centre for the Town was completed in 2013.

If you would like to base your business in Fraserburgh Business Centre, Linda would be happy to help you make this a reality. Contact: Linda Hepburn on 01346 585300 or by email at Linda@ElevatorUK.com.
